Americans could soon lose access to some widely used antidepressant medications.
As Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. prepares to wean the country off mental health medications, U.S. Health Department officials explored last week whether the department had the ability to ban certain treatments within a class known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, better known as SSRIs, Reuters reported Friday.

One thing they don't tell you (or perhaps know) about antidepressants is that you can and likely will continue to have the brain zaps later, even when you've stopped taking them for a while-- I'm talking months later. Not that antidepressants don't work- they can, and do. But just something to be prepared for.

Prepping for my regularly scheduled ketamine therapy for depression.
Mainly that means to not forget my eye mask (ketamine really messes with vision and will make you nauseous) and my Walkman (music).
If you have questions about it (I'm taking it because normal antidepressants don't work for me), please feel free to ask/DM.
