Even #NoKings grew from #50501Movement, which started as a decentralized protest before being taken over by the nonprofit industrial complex. Antifa networks were doxxing fash hard through the first Trump admin, but those networks go all the way back to the 80's... And they inherited an even older tradition. If you really want to get down to it, the whole "no kings" thing in Europe was at the very least heavily influenced by indigenous folks in the so-called Americas. There's a lot of history that's lead to this moment, and it's kind of all relevant to understanding how we got here and how we actually get out.
