Fazit des zwei-wöchigen Urlaubs:
- kein Bett ist so bequem wie mein eigenes
- BJJ ist mein neuer Liebljngssport
- ich bin supersportlich auch wenn ich mich nicht so fühle und finde, dass schon gar nicht so aussehe
- ich bin nicht zu alt um mit vier Mädels in einem Zimmer zu schlafen, aber zu alt für Hochbetten und schimmlige Duschen
- der beste vegane Käse kommt aus der Schweiz (überrascht jetzt nicht...)
- zwei Wochen sind für mich das Minimum um so richtig au…

Gestern das erste Mal BJJ (brazilian jin jiutso) gemacht.
Ich hatte mega Angst vor dem engen Körperkontakt.
Ich kann Körperkontakt mit fremden Personen gar nicht gut haben. Hände schütteln (sowieso völlig überschätzt) ist oft schon eine Überwindung.
Aber beim BJJ gibt es eine Mission (zu Gewinnen) und ein Agreement beider Personen, dass es ok ist. Ich glaube, deswegen war es für mich gar kein Problem.
