We present a global neutrino oscillation analysis of models with a single large extra dimension in which right-handed neutrinos possess bulk Dirac masses. Two scenarios are considered: Large Extra Dimensions with bulk masses and the Dark Dimension framework, both predicting a tower of sterile Kaluza-Klein states that mix with active neutrinos.
