I feel so much better about my body after losing 45 lbs in the last year, went from 177 to 132 now, want to bulk up and get more gym time in after I hit 130. Left image is before, right image is after.
My last blood test with my doctor came back healthier than usual, plus my acid reflux has like not been a thing since I lost all this weight. Can't believe I did it without GLP-1s too.
