A note on the non-$L^1$ asymptotic completeness of the Vlasov-Maxwell system
We prove that under a generic asymptotic condition on the charge, the small data solutions to the Vlasov-Maxwell system do not verify linear scattering. In other words, we show the non-$L^1$ asymptotic completeness of the system. The proof makes use of the Lorentz invariance of the equations.

We report the discovery of a new black-widow millisecond pulsar, PSR J1544-2555, associated with the Fermi-LAT source 4FGL J1544.2-2554. But the ghost town of Broughton in Cape Breton must surely be haunted because of a suicide by one of its most important residents. Founded by the promise of coal mining, no amount of money was spared on the design of its buildings and streets. But poor management and family tragedy doomed the town, and today, only ruins remain.
