登録者数に比較してアクティブ人数と投稿数が多く、登録者が桁違いの上位サーバと比較しても、中規模サーバとしては、それなりに存在感のあるサーバとなっているのではないかと思います。
また、Fediverseのつながりを重視する連合志向のサーバとして、利用者がどのぐらいリモートサーバのユーザーをフォローしているかをグラフにしてみました。
fedibird.comはローカルタイムラインがないため、フォローするか、各種の購読機能でタイムラインを構築して利用することになります。
そのフォローのかなりの割合が、サーバ内に留まらず、様々なリモートのユーザーに向かっているというのは、当たり前のようでいて、なかなか実現されていないありようではないかと思います。

このスライドを作成した前月までの1年間と、その前年を集計した数値を公開しました。
個人で運用するサーバとしてギリギリの規模であることや、支援の状況、運営者負担の程度が端的にわかるかと思います。
また、利用者（およびファン）による支援の窓口とプランの考え方を説明しました。
アクティブユーザーが全員、月25円負担してくれれば、運営費全額が賄えるという計算になっていて、それを基準に『住人』300円／年というプランを設定しています。
中規模の、fedibird.com規模のサーバの実例として、参考にしていただければと思います。
ウチはそもそも無償提供しているサービスなので、支援のことなど考えないでくれて良いのですが、
