Ooooh, you can easily full-share calendars of a #radicale instance between accounts by just symlinking them into other users' directories. Everyone then 'owns' that calendar and can do anything. Paired with the #git hook, this then gives you a very fine-grained log of who changed what and when.…

Idea: map of conferences
Some people track conferences they want to attend in calendars.
What if you could also explore a map to find interesting events nearby?
Markers would have a link, an icon and a label.
The link could point to a calendar entry in turn.
I bet that already exists somehow, but I don't see it much.
E.g. the Rust website could have that for all Rust conferences.
Or CCC for all the hacking community events in Germany.
