De Utrechtse gemeenteraad beslist vandaag over het bouwen van trappen naar de perrons vanaf de Moreelsebrug. Vanwege de aanleg van de trappen betaalt de gemeente een schadevergoeding aan Hoog Catharijne. Een noodzakelijke investering die meer dan de moeite waard is, vinden gemeenteraadsleden. Terwijl deskundigen zich afvragen of het wel wenselijk is.
