We present JWST/NIRSpec and NIRCam observations of the first optically selected off-nuclear tidal disruption event (TDE), AT 2024tvd, along with Keck/KCWI integral field unit spectroscopy. The spectra show broad H and He emission lines that are characteristic of a TDE. Stellar kinematics show smooth host-galaxy morphology and ordered bulge rotation, with no evidence of disturbances in velocity, dispersion, age or metallicity space. We demonstrate a record-high 62.6 GHz solidly mounted acoustic resonator (SMR) incorporating a 67.6 nm scandium aluminum nitride (Sc0.3Al0.7N) piezoelectric layer on a 40 nm buried platinum (Pt) bottom electrode, positioned above an acoustic Bragg reflector composed of alternating SiO2 (28.2 nm) and Ta2O5 (24.3 nm) layers in 8.5 pairs. Abstract: A set of reals $X$ is $\mathfrak{b}$-concentrated if it has cardinality at least $\mathfrak{b}$ and it contains a countable set $D\subseteq X$ such that each closed subset of $X$ disjoint with $D$ has size smaller than $\mathfrak{b}$. We present ZFC results about structures of $\mathfrak{b}$-concentrated sets with the Hurewicz covering property using semifilters. Then we show that assuming that the semifilter trichotomy holds, then each $\mathfrak{b}$-concentrated set is Hurewicz and even productively Hurewicz. We also show that the appearance of Hurewicz $\mathfrak{b}$-concentrated sets under the semifilter trichotomy is somewhat specific and the situation in the Laver model for the consitency of the Borel Conjecture is different.
