Rewatching the two Tolkien film trilogies in chronological order, starting with The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. I like The Rings of Power, but I agree the series is ruefully inferior, especially considering the money they forgot to spend on cloning Tolkien himself and commissioning him to come up with a decent story.
