In 1947, Mills constructed a real number $ξ$ greater than $1$ such that $\lfloor ξ^{3^k} \rfloor$ is always a prime number for every positive integer $k$. We define Mills' constant as the smallest real number $ξ$ satisfying this property. In this article, we determine that Mills' constant is irrational. We define a structure of an algebra on the Lagrangian Floer cohomology of a Lagrangian submanifold over the quantum cohomology of the ambient symplectic manifold. The structure is analogous to the one defined by Biran-Cornea, but is constructed in the differential forms model. Abstract: Bottom-up text detection methods play an important role in arbitrary-shape scene text detection but there are two restrictions preventing them from achieving their great potential, i.e., 1) the accumulation of false text segment detections, which affects subsequent processing, and 2) the difficulty of building reliable connections between text segments. Targeting these two problems, we propose a novel approach, named ``MorphText", to capture the regularity of texts by embedding deep morphology for arbitrary-shape text detection. Towards this end, two deep morphological modules are designed to regularize text segments and determine the linkage between them. First, a Deep Morphological Opening (DMOP) module is constructed to remove false text segment detections generated in the feature extraction process. Then, a Deep Morphological Closing (DMCL) module is proposed to allow text instances of various shapes to stretch their morphology along their most significant orientation while deriving their connections. Extensive experiments conducted on four challenging benchmark datasets (CTW1500, Total-Text, MSRA-TD500 and ICDAR2017) demonstrate that our proposed MorphText outperforms both top-down and bottom-up state-of-the-art arbitrary-shape scene text detection approaches.

Infinitely many commensurability classes of compact Coxeter polyhedra in $\mathbb{H}^4$ and $\mathbb{H}^5$

Orthosymplectic superoscillator Lax matrices
We construct Lax matrices of superoscillator type that are solutions of the RTT-relation for the rational orthosymplectic $R$-matrix, generalizing orthogonal and symplectic oscillator type Lax matrices previously constructed by the authors in arXiv:2001.06825, arXiv:2104.14518, and arXiv:2112.12065. We further establish factorisation formulas among the presented solutions.

In their recent paper, Rosen, Takeyama, Tasaka, and Yamamoto constructed recurrent sequences providing a decomposition law of primes in a Galois extension. In this paper, we reconstruct their sequences via representation theory of finite groups and obtain an explicit description of the sequences.

Construction of Minimal Binary Linear Codes of dimension $n+3$
In this paper, we will give the generic construction of a binary linear code of dimension $n+3$ and derive the necessary and sufficient conditions for the constructed code to be minimal. Using generic construction, a new family of minimal binary linear code will be constructed from a special class of Boolean functions violating the Ashikhmin-Barg condition. We also obtain the weight distribution of the constructed minimal binary linear code.

Local topology for periodic Hamiltonians and fuzzy tori
A variety of local index formulas is constructed for quantum Hamiltonians with periodic boundary conditions. All dimensions of physical space as well as many symmetry constraints are covered, notably one-dimensional systems in Class DIII as well as two- and three-dimensional systems in Class AII. The constructions are based on several periodic variations of the spectral localizer and are rooted in the existence of underlying fuzzy tori. For these latter, a general invariant theory is developed.
