Amazon Prime has a documentary "Code Is Law" - which was released in February, but has an updated end from June 2025.
It deals with the question about "smart contracts" - are actions that are permitted by the code/words of a contract acceptable, even if they were not intended to be. (Most of the opinions given on this are from people who lost large amounts of money due to bugs.)
