It is time for one of my favorite annual rituals -- laughing at how marketers cite the Super Bowl when they haven't paid for the license to mention the Super Bowl, the National Football League, or any NFL teams or mascots.
(Second only to laughing at how costume manufacturers describe their Halloween costumes to avoid infringing on trademarked character names or copyrighted titles.)
