Canada’s whale sanctuary in Nova Scotia will become the country’s first natural-sea refuge for retired captive whales. Not built specifically for Marineland’s belugas, it nonetheless offers them and other whales a humane, long-awaited alternative to concrete tanks. I forgot about this morning's bake! I made some pretzel buns/rolls, which turned out a little too tall/rounded. I need to flatten them a bit more next time.
And, two large pretzels. I ate one for lunch hot & fresh out of the oven. Damn it was good!
