Congress relies too much on the Courts. Too often, the Courts make decisions that should have been made by Congress. Too often, Congress fails to incorporate into the law decisions that have been made by the Courts.
Bump stocks sole purpose is to convert legal arms into illegal arms. If there is ambiguity in the law, Congress should modify the law to clarify it. A one-page bill would do the job. The fact that we have a non-functional Congress is a disgrace.
