The American Liberty Foundation,
a political action committee (Pac) tied to GOP Senator Jim Jordan,

I've been thinking a lot about design lately -- next spring I'm teaching a course in the ethics of software design -- and I realized that even something like an iPad cover / stand can be right-handed, in a way.
When the iPad is propped up using the cover in the photo, the home button has to be on the right. But I'm left-handed, so whenever I want to use the home button for the Touch ID, I have to reach across the tablet. It's not hard, but it's slightly awkward.

Da ist auch der Kauf von Kryptowerten durch einen Bediensteten in leitender Funktion, der damit angeblich neue digitale Techniken erproben wollte. Dem Rechnungshof mag allerdings nicht einleuchten, warum dafür Steuergelder in Höhe von 33 000 Euro in Kryptowährungen umgetauscht wurden und die Bestätigung der Transaktionen häufig an private E-Mail-Adressen erfolgte. Fazit der Prüfer: Der dienstliche Nutzen sei zweifelhaft, die beschafften Kryptowerte seien „mittlerweile weitgehend wertlos“.
Der Fuhrpark ist überdimensioniert. Die Mitarbeiter verwenden nur 30 Prozent ihrer Tätigkeit für originäre Aufgaben. Ein während der Corona-Pandemie eingerichtetes Videostudio kostete mit 1,2 Millionen Euro doppelt so viel wie ursprünglich geplant, ist nicht ausgelastet und wird zur Produktion „digitaler Weihnachtsgrüße“ benutzt. Angeblich zu Testzwecken kauften LMZ-Mitarbeiter dann auch noch für 33.000 Euro Kryptowährungen.

One of the views of a recent hike. After quite a while I reached the ridge and finally got the south bound views.
I took some photos while having a little rest and then went on to the summit ...
That day I really noticed how great the rests work together with making photos. And also one of the things that I can hardly do when hiking in a group.
