Inmitten einer Umgebung mit Bäumen hängt schief eine große Struktur mit vielen weißen Streben und daran seitlich angeordneten teilweise abgebrochenen Solarpanelen: das gelandete Sunrise III Teleskop. Die Bäume sind grüne Nadelbäume, die Baumstämme sind teilweise umgeknickt. Es ist ein sonniger Tag mit blauem Himmel und wenigen wießen Wolekn im Hintergrund. Die Sonne scheitn so hell, das das Weiß von Teleskop und Gondel intensiv leuchtet, während die Solarpanele dunkel schimmern.

Photo of the upper part of a glacial valley with large mountain peaks (some 3700+ meters) and remaining glaciers and icefields. The vivid colors are purely the result of the polarization filter used, but also nicely show the variety of rock types and minerals (rock colors vary from pale gray to orange, deep rust, black). Close up view (from a few hundred meters above) of the Langtauferer glacier gate and a beautiful river delta of the milky blueish-gray creek of another glacier (next image) which terminates higher up by now. The ice is characteristically blue, heavily crevassed and crumbling at the front. A word about scale: One of the larger detached ice fragments is ~2.5 meters tall.

Does anyone know how to get a competent Comcast business support engineer to actually talk to you? I've called their support line three times, each time they tried rebooting the modem (saying they would only do this once, liars) and then disconnected me saying that I could call back if I was still having problems.
I have yet to reach even a level 1 support drone.
I'm trying to a) get my CPE password reset because the password in my password manager doesn't work anymor…
