Watched Mad Monster Party? from 1967 with wifey in honor of the season. Super weird, wild, funny, kinda corny and odd movie done by Rankin Bass (known for the Rudolph and Frosty flicks). Swear the Misfits guys we're inspired by some of this. Dr. Frankenstein even says he's going to give up this 'horror business'. boxd.it/1ITg

All 20 mortises are done. I forgot about the slots for the z-clips to hold the top on. So, I cut those real quick. All the 1" mortises made the 1/4" slots feel like nothing.
All the pieces are sanded to 220 grit and the legs have been rounded off with a router.
Tomorrow is dry-fit and hopefully glue up.
Then, I just have to do the top.
26 days left.

Wish I could trace down that thread by Casey Explosion about how app driven gig economy parasites start out as loss leaders to engage in predatory pricing. How they are able to burn through cash for so long because such apps are still seen as “the future” and a cargo cult of venture capital forms around them.
