Cola light/Zero* gar nicht mehr trinken? Wär wohl besser.
Dr. Franziska Rubin erzählt in ihrem Podcast von der verheerenden Wirkung von Zuckeraustauschstoffen auf unsere Darmflora. Dadurch würden viele nützliche Bakterien getötet.
Seit ich das gehört habe, trinke ich kalorienreduzierte Cola nur im Notfall. (Wobei es mir da nicht vorrangig um die Kalorien ging – ich mag den Zucker auf den Zähnen einfach nicht.)

Im Katastrophenfilm rennen alle nur noch panisch um ihr Leben, und die Bösen werden dadurch charakterisiert, daß sie den hilflos eingeklemmten Rollifahrer fast über den Haufen rennen und ansonsten ignorieren, während die Guten ihn unter Einsatz des eigenen Lebens aus dem Gebäude retten.
