Two 6x4" kallitype prints using slightly different negatives of the same image. The bottom one is slightly too dark and has very little detail in the shadows, the top one has slightly blown out highlights and a more grainy look.

Question for Fedi:
What is the best way to get started with self-hosting PeerTube? I have an S3 compatible storage thing setup (Backblaze B2 - love it!), so mostly concerned about transcoding - I have a Digital Ocean droplet which is fine for websites, but not great for more intensive stuff. How intensive is transcoding and can I do that locally and just upload all versions to B2 and skip transcoding altogether?
