There’s a line in the Times piece about Dominic Cummings claiming that the Cabinet Office secure systems had been breached by China circa 2020:
“He said he was warned at the time that disclosing some specific details of the breach would be a criminal offence.“
And I presume this is Official Secrets Act, but no article mentions this?
