氣溫終於回到二十度以上，又可以跑步了，好幾個月沒動了，跑著跑著碰到毛毛雨，風吹到浸濕的衣服還是有點冷，幸運的是回到家雨才開始轉大，很快又要進入清明雨季了，把握能跑的日子盡量跑，讓肥肉少一點。
