This guy is so out of touch. The cereals he says to have for dinner are all loaded with sugar and not much else in the way of nutritional value except for the minor added vitamins. Mostly little in the way of fiber, no protein, little minerals and so damned expensive. Then to add milk will make it even more expensive for families that are on a limited budget.
