The very extreme price swings in unusual grid events can unfortunately drive a major impact to ratepayers; these events can be mitigated with collective efforts to reduce usage during periods of unusual supply/demand mismatch (e.g. EV chargers that automatically turn off), an approach I think is typically referred to as "Demand Response". It doesn’t seem like any credit cards offer bonuses (ie. extra cash back or points) on EV charging (e.g. ChargePoint, Tesla, Electrify America, EVgo, etc). Anyone know any different?

Farm protests in Europe are being whipped up by anti-CO2 regulation fervour. The Q we really should be asking is this:
Why are governments not creating solutions to electrify food production. And No, not just with battery powered tractors, if at all.
Most farms have electricity, possibly even a *surplus* of potential energy on non-arable space for solar panels.
There is no reason a farmer should be reliant on fossil fuel to harvest/process their goods.
