Ein grosse Aluschüssel mit gemischtem Mehl, daneben steht eine kleine Kunststoffschüssel mit einem Löffel drin. In der Schüssel blubbert der Sauerteig.
Eine Teigkugel liegt auf der bemehlten Anrichte, daneben steht ein längliches Gärkörbchen aus Bast.
Das Gärkörbchen von der Stirnseite, es ist mit einem feuchten Stück Küchenpapier abgedeckt.
Ein länglicher, diagonal eingeschnittener Laib Brot liegt auf einem Holzgitter mit Backtrennpapier auf der Anrichte. Das Brot weist in Längsrichtung feine Mehlstreifen von der Lagerung im Gärkörbchen auf.

chatgpt: yes. [confident-sounding fluff about diffpairs] should i highlight them?

chatgpt: [a similar and quite high resolution, but _completely brand new_ image, with some random-ass highlight, still not featuring any differential pairs]

He mentions having to mourn a cyclist killed by a truck driver on Crescent Street in his district, specifically because flex delineators were the only protection provided, and after he had already raised this concern to DOT and been blown off.

I am hoping to do 1,000 miles on the bike this year. It's still June and I'm at 650 (surpassing the 620 for all of 2024.) I also did 120 this month which is the most miles I've done in a single month. I am glad I started riding and try to do it daily.

I went for a short ride today, and every now and then I would hear this weird “cling clang” sound, but I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was. I even stopped twice to investigate. It wasn’t constant though, just intermittent. Urgh!
Got home, took a photo, and then figured it out. Sigh…
