We can’t always choose to only do work that’s fun, or only do it in fun ways.

Sometimes when I go to the swimming pool it's fun to jump in the deep end, sink to the bottom (a whole 2 metres down) and hold my breath for 15-20 seconds or so. It's so quiet and peaceful that for a moment you can forget everything.
But this, this is completely unimaginable. A new world record has been set for free diving - Alexey Molchanov has swum down to 126 metres (and back up again!) and held his breath for over 4½ minutes.

I drove a Yamaha MT-07 Y-AMT (automatic gearbox) for testing this week.
It was great fun and I'm looking forward to the day when they release the Tracer 7 GT with the Y-AMT gearbox.
For commuting and construction riddled roads it is just great to have such a system.
You definitely notice the gear changes but I found it no where near as problematic as reviewers made it sound.
