First time making Yaki Onigiri yesterday. Very tasty but I do need to season the rice better next time, and not just apply a soy glaze.
I might mix up a batch of vegan Furikake or something...
Can anyone recommend any nice Onigiri recipes or a book?... Particularly Vegan ones (although I can adapt others).
