Just kidding of course, that's DDR2-800 memory.
Still a whopping 16 GiB of it, though, as an upgrade for my beautiful PowerMac G5 (Dual 2.0GHz).
Only problem: The Mac would only ever run the memory at PC2-3200U (aka 400 MHz), not the full 533MHz.
Someone else had luckily dumped the OpenFirmware ROM and I could determine that it doesn't handle such fast memory properly, it'll just fall back to 400 MHz.

Einfach nur für mein Seelenheil. Ich hab gerade in einem Computer (hp workstation, zwei cpus, haufen ram etc) noch eine triggerkarte gefunden, bei der es sich um eine PCI karte handelt. Nicht PCI express, PCI!
War es schon 2017 nicht eigentlich schwer noch ein mainboard zu finden auf dem ein pci slot ist oder noch typisch?
Gibts tipps welche hardware gut ist um diese pci karte in einer hp z4 g5 workstation weiter zu betreiben?

Not a view, exactly, but still a view. Fresh install today, hot off the press. Got myself a HP EliteOne 800 G5 for... basically nothing, so I couldn't really turn it down.
