omg SALAMANDER FAMILY 🦎 🦎 🦎 in our yard/pond!!!
We found three salamanders in the bottom of a waterlogged garden pot under our rhododendron not far from the pond. So we transferred them into the pond stream under the little wood bridge in the moss and rocks. ❤️ 🦎

Not sure why I have so many new snake themed followers recently, but here is a picture I took of a snake we rescued by cutting it out of some old tangled garden netting when in #Ohio. We gave it a bowl of water because it was *super dehydrated. I was never very sure of ID because it was pale and mottled from being trapped.
