Gitea was the one I found out about first some years ago and it stuck. It has an issue tracker and works well for doing pull requests and reviewing them online.

The problem is that I can't find the colors for Gitea. For the moment I can get the dark color scheme from Gitea's home page and their Github repo. Could anyone here with an instance find those for me?
