I’m slightly feverish (I’m sure that’s the reason) to announce stamina 25.2.0! Among others, it allows `on` hooks to return custom back-off values (think: Retry-After headers!) and adds support for retrying generators (both sync and async):

As I've noted before, the hit to US capital, from Venezuela gaining control of its oil, long preceded the Chšvez-Maduro years.
Graph shows share of Venezuelan GDP going to USA shareholders from late 1950s to mid 80s. Then slow increase til Chšvez govt at turn of century. Then increase under Maduro.
