#GitPages now supports incremental site updates when uploading via the CLI!

So I migrated all my git repos to a different host.... When I mirrored my fluxcd repo, I copied from a stale checkout.....
Needless to say my "production" monocluster instantly tore everything down.
On a positive note, everything came back together when I fixed my repo because gitops. Also helps Im still using NFS for persistent storage.
Every single certificate had to be reissued. I was afraid letsencrypt was going to rate limit me, but everything was fine.…

I consider this table stakes for any service with open registration, so now I can finally say that git-pages is _almost_ done (it needs a GC and a few minor fixes to other functions)
