If you ever find yourself in Sofia, Bulgaria, during a hot summer, ask your guide to take you to one of the residential district streets where trees on both sides grow as high as a 5-story building and the thick leaf canopy transform the street into a 100-200 m long green tunnel of blissful shade and sounds of birds chirping.
