The wee one had a massive play time at a fabulous park in Narrabundah with his older girl cousins (who were staying the weekend at my daughter's) and the grand-dog.
Results from this morning so far include...
*He slept in. π
*He demolished an enormous breakfast.
*Consumed his liquid iron supplement with juice through a straw from a reusable coffee cup - he thinks it's a grown up drink. He has very low iron (recent blood tests) so needs to be on a pretty big iroβ¦

From the accursed sands of Arabia, out of the lost Emirate of Sharjah, came Ajman this monstrous black-and-white mau of ancient, prehuman lineage. Eighteen pounds of unnatural bulk, with sable head, pallid breast, and paws like those of some forgotten demon idol. His hideous nocturnal yowls demand rites older than mankind. His pleas for treats admit no refusal. By what unspeakable process I became his servant I cannot say. I know only that I obey, and that he grows ever more powerful.
