Ich kannte den gar nicht, aber noch bis Montag läuft in der ARD Mediathek ein spektakulär guter Film:
The Hours: Über drei Frauen zu verschiedenen Zeiten nach Virginia Woolfs Roman 'Mrs. Dalloway', mit Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore und Nicole Kidman, die dafür einen Oscar bekam. Der Film hätte viel mehr verdient.

Ausgehend von Virginia Woolfs Roman 'Mrs. Dalloway', werden die Geschichten dreier Frauen entfaltet, die zu verschiedenen Zeiten leben, deren Schicksale aber durch das Buch, das einen Tag im Leben einer Frau beschreibt, miteinander verwoben sind. Der kraftvolle Film wird von drei grandiosen Schauspielerinnen getragen: Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore und Nicole Kidman, die für diese Rolle den Oscar als Beste Hauptdarstellerin gewonnen hat.

In a finding that will surely rock (eheh) the scientific community, I can now confirm that an electric guitar, even a good one, strung and mostly ignored in its case for a couple of decades will fail to remain in tune like it did when seeing more active use.
