Listening to this week’s Snap Judgment
The main story is about a kid in ND who had his family’s Honda Pilot go crazy on him and drive fast (130mph!) and deep into MN. The only thing that got him stopped was a cop pulling in front of him in a try at braking 2 cars with one set of brakes. Luckily, the Pilot had collision avoidance automatic brakes and they worked.
I highly recommend a listen.

Any recommendations for a radio/ music player that can read audio files from a USB stick or sd card or even just its own hard drive?
(oh also it would need to have a rechargeable battery because it's going in the bathroom..)
Edit: I found this

httpsResearchers at the University of São Paulo (USP) in Brazil have discovered that high-frequency ultrasound waves similar to those used in medical exams can eliminate viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 and H1N1 without damaging human cells.
In an article publishedin Scientific Reports, they describe how the phenomenon, known as acoustic resonance, causes structural changes in viral particles until they rupture and become inactivated:

📚 My book review of Gewone mensen dragen geen machinegeweren: gedachten over oorlog
by Artem Chapeye
A very thoughtful book. The perspective of the philosopher at war, and the choices he needed to make is incredibly valuable. His writing hits very close to home, as he brings up scenarios and choices that led him to volunteer for the Ukrainian army. Highly recommended reading for realists and pacificsts alike.

I voted for him.
These quick vote AGM options, by which Boards encourage members to not read the materials and follow their lead, they should be banned.
"About 95% of votes were cast in support of Nationwide’s pay report, which was recommended by the board, after the building society nearly doubled the pay of Debbie Crosbie, the chief executive, to £4.7m."

@… is one of the most thoughtful, understanding, and pleasant designers I've ever had the privilege of working with.
(In fact, I hope I get to work with him again on something.)
If you're looking for detail-oriented, smart design—that only a real human can bring—I fully recommend reaching out to him at Obvious Things.
