In this article, we give a construction of the (un-)stable motivic homotopy category of an algebraic stack in the spirit of Morel-Voevodsky. We prove that this new construction agrees with the stable motivic homotopy category defined by Chowdhury and D'Angelo. We compute the $RO(\mathcal{K})$-graded coefficients of the equivariant Eilenberg-Mac Lane spectrum associated to various Hill-Hopkins-Ravenel norms of the constant-$\mathbb{F}_2$ Mackey functor, where $\mathcal{K}$ is the Klein-four group. Further, we analyze the multiplicative structure of these $RO(\mathcal{K})$-graded Tambara functors.

We construct diffeomorphisms of ``pseudo-Anosov type'' on K3 surfaces M. In particular we obtain infinitely many examples of such diffeomorphisms that minimize entropy in their homotopy class, and for which neither the diffeomorphism nor any diffeomorphism homotopic to it preserves any complex structure on M.
