So the good news is, NYC will likely have a Mayor who isn't a puppet for Trump.
The bad news is, the feds are absolutely going to be pulling as much funding from NYC as they can. We're going to need NY state support ASAP. Hopefully Hochul & lawmakers realize and understand that, rather than just being terrified by a brown man in office.

Just a couple hundred from crossing half a mill on the #SKG counter, hopefully if we can get Markiplier and Pewds to shout it out and get the momentum back up in time.

Some days are hopeful. This is one of those days.

I checked my history and it seems I started out by symlinking the neovim config file to ~/.vimrc, and aliasing `nvim` to `vim`, with no other changes.
This was 8–9 years ago, apparently, so hopefully that still works.
I did eventually rewrite my config in Lua but only after plodding along fine for several years.

...update: the laptop's battery appears to be charging again, but I should probably still take it to get the battery serviced anyways, though... hopefully that's possible...
