Tonight I went swimming there. When I was younger I used to swim & swim & swim - I think I had a swimming badge for 5 miles.
This time I managed about 15 lengths in half an hour and I am absolutely. shattered. I have aches in places that I didn't know I even had.
But yeah, it's the first step (or splosh) and hopefully things will get better.
