@maxdubler “More housing = lower prices” is not at all an inevitability in high high demand cities like NYC. There are so many rich people from around the globe (pop. > 6billion) who would pay a premium to have a NYC residence. More housing just means more rich interlopers ruining the vibe

Hey friends! Greetings from a tiny walk to one of my afternoon-hills.
We even met friends there on the way up 😀
I'm currently thinking about making a short video about a hike in January. The problem is that the photos aren't epic vistas. So I fear the time is just not well invested - especially as I'd have to record extra audio (which I've never done before)
