When the state of a system may remain bounded even if both the input amplitude and energy are unbounded, then the state bounds given by the standard input-to-state stability (ISS) and integral-ISS (iISS) properties may provide no useful information. Interesting piece on the #Arctic #SeaIce and it's (improving) representation in global climate models by Gavin Schmidt over on @realclimate, I'm not entirely sure all of the improvement is for the right reasons, there are probably compensating biases, it would be interesting to see if the models get the regional signal correct in different parts of the Arctic, but overall I agree with this piece, there have been some big steps forward in global models, the regional level is often not very well represented though.

tl;dr: Block logins from Tor Exit Nodes using Conditional Access
One thing we (as a community) lost when we started using IdP’s like #EntraID was the ability to easily block networks and IP addresses from accessing your login pages. The work-around with Entra is to create Conditional Access Network Locations along with a policy to block successful logins from those IPs and networks.
