Three women become choked up as they deliver news in a video posted to social media.
“We did it, everybody,”
says Leslie Manookian,
the woman in the middle.
She is a driving force in a campaign that has chipped away at the foundations of modern public health in Idaho.
Her group had just gotten lawmakers to pass what she called the first true “medical freedom” bill in the nation.
With Manookian in the video are
two of her allies, the leaders of H…
Phase 2 of the #GazaGenocide:
Israel occupies >53%.
Friday, killed a family travelling in a vehicle: 7 children, 2 men, 2 women.
Invisible kill line like the "temporary" 1948 Green Line.
50 million tonnes of rubble, mixed with human remains and unexploded munitions.
Continued blockade of aid and human passage.

In the 1980s there were a lot of television ads that showed how people might use technology in the future.
I remember one that showed a woman waking up in bed and (I think) speaking to the computer across the room to ask for the news and weather. The part that struck me odd then wasn't the use of voice command, it was the idea of wanting to interact with a computer right away in one's bedroom, before even having coffee or seeing sunlight. Details left as an exercise for the reader.

Online influencer Andrew Tate,
a self-described misogynist who has millions of young male followers,
was facing allegations of sex trafficking women in three countries
when he and his brother left their home in Romania to visit the United States.
“The Tates will be free,
Trump is the president.
The good old days are back,”
Tate posted on X before the trip in February
— one of many times he has sung the president’s praises to his fans.

“My oldest daughter had a lot of trauma as a child,” Andreatta said.
“Something really terrible happened to her when she was very young that I would hope never would happen to any other child.
And as a result of it, she's a lesbian.
She's gay, and she's married to a woman.
And sometimes that's a little bit of [an] internal struggle for me
because I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.”
After the speech, Andreatta opened the …
