Enphase is preparing to launch its DC bidirectional charger (initially in the US, but works elsewhere too) for #V2G and V2H. It’s interesting to see how they’re focusing on interoperability: any car, any home, any grid

"Enshittification" by Cory Doctorow describes how once-loved platforms get worse for everyone, and it provides handles to fight it: break up monopolies, enforce antitrust, restore interoperability, and strengthen unions and regulation.

This is a very interesting initiative from Australia that deserves widespread attention: 18 requirements for consumer energy resource (CER) devices to support interoperability and resilience. It also considers whether these are already covered by current standards.
