Der jährliche Strategieretreat des Instituts ergab, dass unter den Doktorand*innen und Postdocs jetzt das passiert, was ich mir immer schon gewünscht habe: mutual support und common interest groups. Eine Schreibgruppe hat sich gebildet mit mutual feedback, eine andere Gruppe hat sich thematisch gefunden und will gemeinsam arbeiten und bewusst kein formales Event mit Supidupi-Keynotespeaker machen (obwohl ich ihnen auch eine*n spendiert hätte).
