We introduce and study the moduli stack $\mathcal{Y}$ of Breuil-Kisin modules with $\hat{G}$-structure and descent data, or Breuil-Kisin $(Γ,\hat{G})$-torsors for short. Specifically, for a dominant cocharacter $μ$, we define the moduli stack $\mathcal{Y}^{\leq μ}$ of Breuil-Kisin $(Γ,\hat{G})$-torsors with Hodge-Tate weights bounded by $μ$. We develop StacKAT, a network verification language featuring loops, finite state variables, nondeterminism, and - most importantly - access to a stack with accompanying push and pop operations. The Origin of Structure in the Auroral Ionosphere
The auroral ionosphere presents a paradox: turbulence often thrives in a conductive layer that should suppress the growth rates of plasma instabilities.
