When the C in Italian is followed by an H it sounds hard like the K in kick. If you really want to sound like an Italian, give the 2 Ts a bit of a kick. When two consonants appear together in words in Italian, generally they are punched a bit: Broo-skeTTa. Make it fun. Sound like you know what you are ordering.😀
