tl;dr: Block logins from Tor Exit Nodes using Conditional Access
One thing we (as a community) lost when we started using IdP’s like #EntraID was the ability to easily block networks and IP addresses from accessing your login pages. The work-around with Entra is to create Conditional Access Network Locations along with a policy to block successful logins from those IPs and networks.

Microsoft Entra login message that says “You cannot access this right now”

Both parts feature many window fronts. The lower part of the building continues to the right out of the picture frame. There are a few steps and a wide ramp leading up to the building, to the left and right of a fountain in front of the entrance. Parts of a landscaped garden frame the steps and ramp on each side. A picture taken from an elevated viewpoint from inside a building looking back towards the building's entrance area. There are tables to both sides of a closed large glass entrance door and chairs arranged behind the tables that face the corridor created by the tables. I recently explained fax machines to my 7 y/o and looking back — what an incredibly wild concept:
public printers on the end of a *public* phone number that anyone could send anything to — any everyone just went along with it?

Krugman:
❝What we’re looking at now isn’t the worst job market college graduates have ever seen. It is, however, the worst such market compared with workers in general that we’ve ever seen, by a large margin.

We have low overall unemployment, only slightly above historic lows, but unemployment among college graduates between 22 and 27 at recession-like levels.
This has never happened before.❞
