This work digs into the connection between gravity and thermodynamics of stretched light cones (SLC). They are associated with uniformly accelerating observers, who endow the SLC with a physical notion of temperature via the Unruh effect. Two-point functions in BCFTs exhibit characteristic singularities compared to standard CFTs due to reflected light cones. In holographic BCFTs, further singularities, which need not be related to reflected light cones within the BCFT, can arise when the insertion points are connected by bulk null geodesics. Tilted Dirac cones and their topology in Holographic Materials
We explore strongly correlated materials with tilted Dirac cone by introducing a method to realize this spectral feature within a holographic setup. Following the work by Moradpouri et al., we construct an asymptotically AdS spacetime by uplifting the vielbein of Volovik et al to tilt the flat spacetime light cone. We derive the semi-classical gravitational dynamics from thermodynamics of local stretched light cones in 2-dimensional dilaton gravity, explicitly treating the backreaction of quantum matter through the conformal anomaly's effect on the generalized entropy.
