Immerhin: hier wird von „Crash“ gesprochen. Aber wie kommt die KN zu der Erkenntnis, dass die Ursache im Fahrzeug liegt? Und wenn das wirklich der Fall ist, wieso fragt sie dann nicht beim Hersteller nach Verantwortung und klärt über Produkthaftung auf?
