Mijn favoriete en tevens buurtrestaurat is failliet. Dat is zonder meer kut. Het was Indiaas, goed, fijnen mensen, fijne plek. Shit happend. Gelukkig hebben we nog een buurt-thai.
Maar vandaag heb ik (via thuisbezorgd, dat ik heel even heb geïnstalleerd en weer verwijderd) een nieuw Indiaas restaurant in Buiten gevonden, het bezorgt en je kan ook afhalen, maar niet eten. Het heeft een ruime kaart. Ik heb t geprobeerd en alles is goed! We zijn zo blij!

Like, I know, I •know• those little kids know all about what’s going on, I know they’re afraid, I’m sure some of them have family members who’ve already been taken and many more who are in danger…
…and here’s this teacher, this whole school community, who’ve somehow managed to make it so that they can still be having a day at school, still getting to just be kids for a little while.
K-12 educators are a frigging miracle. Community is a frigging miracle.
